- Examine and check the lands that suit for solar farm.
- Manage wire range of solar farm.
- Coordinate with Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) for permission and lock grid capability.
- Coordinate with government agency in the area.
- Visit the targeted area to negotiate and educate local people.
- Make sure that the agreement is according to corporate governance and ethics.

- Perform computer simulation of PV generation system performance.
- Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Detailed building of Bill of Quantity, and costing.
- Supervise the construction process at the site location.
- Coordinate license applications.
- Commissioning with related parties.
